I call and ordered the Ab energizer, gave my Visa account number and amount showed up on my account for 59.95, which was o.K. The merchandised finally came about 8 weeks later, with missing one belt and a leads, called the company on the order form was unable to get a live person just a recording every time, very fustrating
So I decided to send the merchandise back to company. I Paid to have the item delivered back to company (priority) in March. As of today which is end of May I have not seen my account credited or have not heard form the company.
I have always ordered merchandise on line or over the telephone but after this I will never order again. We work to hard for our money to have products shipped with missing pieces or not to take products back as advertised.
I 've always heard of companies like this and I guess I didn't think that it would happen to me, I was wrong. I hope there is more people that is willing to write or email there story. I'm hoping that this will hit the better business bureau.
