This is suppose to be college prep. Courses to enable young people to get into and look into different colleges and prepare for their future. I am a mother to a 16 year old very bright daughter who is more than capable of getting into a good college. I had a very nice man call me and tell me of my daughters capabilities and encourage me to prepare her for her promising future she should enroll in this program! I was assured that if she did not excel or improve her SAT scores that we could send back for a refund.
Unfortunately before we even received our package we ran into some financial difficulties! I called UPC and explained to them, I hadnt even opened the package as I needed this money returned to my credit card due to financial difficulties. I was told I would get the refund when they received the package. I learned that they received the package a month after I sent it back and that they would credit my account the $263.00. It has been 2 months since they have received the package and still have not seen a refund! I have reported this to Better Business Bureau! Companies like this should not be in business! They prey on young college bound students to rip people off!!
