Capital Financial Card
Ripoff card that i can't even use

I have been deducted 200.00 from my checking account for a card that, i was led to beleive was a major card. They told me that i could use this card to rebuild my credit and i ask if i could use it for everyday things and come to find out i can't use it for any thing. I want my money back but they said no cause i allegedly authorized it. I don't know who is more upset me or my husband
