Called on 7/11/06 to make reservation, On same day told credit card declined, asked them to run it again and they did and it was approved.
ON the 13th of July I realized that when it was originally run on the 11th it was not declined, it was approved. Therefore it was applied to my account twice.
I was told on the 14th that the money would be put back in my acct immediately. As of the 18th it has not been returned. The person in charge, Cindy, will not return my phone calls and when I call they ask who is calling and when I give them my name they hang up on me.
Also, they cancelled my reservation and on the 14th I told CIndy I did not want to cancel my reservation I just wanted my money returned for the time that it was run in error.
She said it was too late they already cancelled my reservation and rented the room to someone else.
At this point I just want my $140.00 returned to me and I am not able to reach Cindy and am told she is the only person who can help me. I have left messages for her, but the last 2 times I have called I get hung up on when I give them my name
