Ripoff

I ordered a pipe from the website over 4 months ago and have yet to recieve it. They have not replied to any of my emails and I have not been able to find any kind of telephone number to reach them through. I have seen that someone has already reported this company on this site and it seems that whoever runs the company does this to most of his customers (someone named Greg).
