Bob Shores looking down the noses of employees Ripoff

Im very upset with the tawas store, the manager is a very bad manager, he doesnt care about his employees and pushes blame on them instead of accepting it and going on.

I have never seen such an incompetant supervisor. He has favorites and flaunts it the store has a real bad turnover rate because he doesnt care.

Also they will have a large shrinkage this year and the security guy jay is his best friend, but cant figure out how to cut the shoplifting. He only points out the bad in people. And the cheer they do at the front of the store is the most embarrasing thing to go through. Unless you are that ate up.

I feel sorry for them having to do that cheer its the most degrading thing that they can make you do. Only the friends get merit raises. That hardly makes sense. I think everyone should call the home office about him, not just a few people.
