I placed a telephone order on June 10/05 for the then singer lazer 2 for 1 vacuum deal. I was promptly charged on my redit card for three months the full amount. It is almost one year and i have not received my order nor have i received a refund. Do not order from "windstorm" or "igia" they will steal your money and not send the product. I have tried email to contact them and phoned countless times and they do not respond. Warning do not orfer from them. I am out almost 160.00 US
