Way back in June this company called me offering free supplements just pay shipping. Received them and didn't like them. Received a 2nd bottle that I never asked for. Found out ln Sept that I was charged $48.00 for that bottle.
I called them Sept and cancelled any future orders.
In November while looking online at my bank statement there was a charge of $24.00 from them.
I called again was told this amout was for some other type of program which I never signed up for. Told them that I had called in Sept and cancelled. The person on the phone became very rude.
When I asked to talk to his supervisor he told me he was the supervisor that he didn't have a boss and that they would not be returning my money.
I then called the bank and put a stop payment and filed a report with them.
Before the stop payment could go through they charged my account another $24.00. I re-contacted the bank and they were able to get the $48.00 returned to my account.
Now is Jan and guess what I found another $24.00 charge to my account. Once again I contacted the bank. They are going to take care of this for me once again but it means I have to have a new bank card issued which means I have to contact all the people who have legitimate charges and give them the new info. Needless to say I have learned a lesson.
I did try to contact Ultralife Fitness and I just get music and then cut off. What's wrong with these people that they cannot take no for an answer?
