I purchased some bedroom furniture At the roomstore in Bel Air Maryland on August 21. It took us 10 weeks to receive the bedroom sets.
We purchased a loft set and a captins bed set. When they delivered it the loft set was defected so they didn't put it together.
In the meantime my daughter had to sleep on the floor. My sons dresser had a gouge out of it and they did't deliver the night stand.
So I called up the Roomstore and they said they would send some one out to fix the loft set. They were also to reorder the dresser.
Well two weeks later a gentleman came out to look at the loft set and he also said it was defected. But He put the bed together so that she could sleep in a bed but the footboard was not put on because that was the defected peice. So The technition said that they would reorder the part for the bed.
Well we waited and waited and no dresser and no footboard for over a month. So I called the Roomstore again and they said that the footboard was never ordered so they put in the order for the footboard and the dresser.
In the meantime The nightstand finally gets here about 3 months later. It comes in defected as well. So I call the Roomstore to let them know and that the nightstand also needs to be replaced.
Well a couple more months go by and I still do not have the dresser, footboard, and the nightstand. So I call again. This time they tell me that the footboard was ordered a couple months ago and they will find out what is going on. But they need to send out a technition to look at the dresser and nightstand.
I told them that I wanted them replaced not fixed but they said that they needed to send them anyway. It is now May and we still do not have the footboard, dresser, and nightstand.
This place is a joke!!!
