In Order to get promoted in Safway IT, its definately not going to be for what you know. You could have all the knowledge about mainframes/IT and still not get promoted.in order to get promoted you will have to kiss a*, not based on your performance of your job, but just getting on your knees and kissing the proper a*.
So basically: its not what you know, but who you know.
