I am a parent trying to get my child interested in reading, and decided to order some books. After paying for the first 2 or 3 shipments, I decided to cancel... That didn't work.
I kept receiving shipments even after I wrote cancel in big letters accross the payment slip, and also sent books back. They just kept coming.
Somewhere along the way, a new account was started up, not sure how or why, but I know I didn't start it. So now I have two accounts in the works and am still receiving shipments that I am sending back. On top of the shipments, I am receiving bills for books I returned.
