I was an AVON rep in MD until my husband felt like we were putting in more money that we were receiving so I quit selling in Dec 04. I paid off my account of 501.00 in 05. I decided after we moved to PA to rejoin AVON. They had no problem with that and sent my first 3 orders especially since I signed up for the "Beauty Advisor/Leadership kit" which is an additional $60.00 - $20.00 per campaign which after reviewing tried to resend back to AVON because it was basically stupid but I was told I couldn't! Didn't order from one campaign but put in for one three weeks ago and was put on hold.
I paid my account full and they still didn't sent it. I contacted the district managers office who told me that I still owed $69.95 from my other district from over 1 1/2 years ago!!! I was and a very upset because it was paid in full! I would never rejoin an organization if I owed them money, like I was some kind of criminal! I never have recieved any notification or bill for this and I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR IT! Avon is a scam! How can you go this long without sending a bill, or email, and now say you owe this amount? Of course, I can't get in touch with anyone! My requit manager is no longer selling so I don't know what to do.
My husband is extremely angry! They also took money from me but never sent me the products that I ordered. I am very disappointed - keep your money do not become an AVON rep!
