I have been an AVON PRODUCTS rep for almost 2 year now and the District manager asked to have my instant credit removed. If you are not making lots of money for Carol and Judy in Salinas CA (they get a check for all the reps that sell in each campaign) in. Thats what will happen. They could request all the credits that they want like I overheard them, but they don't let other people get any credits. One of them said that they wanted to buy a new car and that they just needed a few more reps and they could do that by the end of 2007. I wish someone could look into their records (if they still exist) and see how many items they requested credit for. God sees everything and hope those 2 ladies see and regret what they are doing to many women in Salinas. Carol and Judy are very greedy people. When you go into their houses. They have many many many collecor item and I am sure all that from the poor Avon reps and Judy and carol's requesting so many credits in the past and present. They advice you to buy extra stuff and then you cannot sell them and they remove your instant credit and then you owe Avon a whole lot because Avon takes a long time to credit returns if they even do credit when you don't have instant credit. The way the instant credit works is that if a client buys a cream and they don't like it then you refund them and that same day Avon credits your account. If you don't have instant credit (Avon does not notify you that they are removing your instant credit you find out when you see that your balance does not get smaller). Before order the next campaign you have to pay Avon, so with no instant credit you have to refund the client and
also send payment to Avon for the item you just refunded and like I mentioned earlier, it takes weeks if they ever do credit your account. So make sure you be careful with that instant credit removal if you become an AVON REP. You will find out if you have instant credit or not through your profile. You will have instant credit one second and the next you will not. Oh, they chage $10 extra every 2 week or so when you can't pay what you don't owe.
