This is the worst place to work. If you want to be treated with total disrespect, then go to work in this lab at North Fulton Regional Hospital.
This group of supervisors, all on the day shift, has been there since the first brick was laid. They gossip, show favoritism and bully anyone they feel is not "up to snuff."
They make it hard for new people to "fit in" by constantly scrutinizing everything they do. They force people to quit by browbeating them and "writing them up" for senseless reasons, or just by treating them so unfairly that people do not come back. I am not kidding.
They have a turnover rate of 48%. They pressure people into not giving an exit interview. When you are lucky enough to get out, they blackball you when you apply for a new job. I know this for a fact.
If you want to work in a terrible place, apply at the North Fulton Regional Hospital lab.
I can count on one hand the decent, caring people who work there, and most of them are currently looking for a better place. God be with them, and God be with the patients and the good employees left behind.
Why someone does not do something about these people is beyond me. But I firmly believe that what goes around comes around, and their day is coming.
