Well a customer service rep from the company called me and told me that i was approved for the credit card and that i can get $500 cash advantage into my checking accounnt. So i really need the money so i said yes okay. I was told that this was a credit card and i will get bill to pay back money like when have a credit card bill. So i gave my account # to him. He told me that there was a fee #129.95 and that they would take it from the $500 advantage so i would get the difference from that. The rep told me that this would took place over the weekend 4/08/06. I deposit some to pay t-mobilefor my cell phone bill like i always do. So always call the bank to make sure the money pay to t-mobile and found that Credit plus rewards took my money $129.95 on 4/05/06 out of my checking account instead of what was told to me on the phone and recorded the me too. So then t-mobile didnt get paid and the bank hit me up for $35.00 nsf fee 4/07/06 and again when t-mobile had put the check threw again 4/12/06 and i got another fee of $35.00. So i called credit plus rewards # 1800 975 5642 and had to wait abount 40minutes on my cell phone and use my day time minutes. THen i got threw and the rep said that i had to fax the supervisor my bank statment to them for my refund and the infro that they gave my had a mistake on their part. So she cancell my account with them. I had fax them 4/12/06 and no response from them. So the fax # that got i had change the #s arount got to speak to someone telling me that they were not the spervisor and she was not there at that time. I went to my bank and had them do investigate the charges in my account and now i am waiting for the bank to see what will happen. Please help me get this problem fix and that no one will go through this. Thank you.
