Bay County Friend Of The Court, 18th Juditial Circuit Court Violation Of Civil and Constitutonal Rights, Violation Of Right To Due Process ripoff

The bay county 18th juditial circuit courts of bay city michigan has violated as documented many of my civil rights that are protected under the constitution that would include the right to due process the right to an attorney by denying me the right of both at a court judgement.

I was denyed the right to an attorney at a court judgement over my objections of asking for my counsel to be present 3 times on the record the judge said as well he could see no reason to delay and proceeded to judgement.

I have strong evidence the judge was bias towards me and the case being he had a personal family conflict of interest in my case and as well used his own family as a refference to my case at hand.

This case is a case of paternity fraud that has resulted in me paying the known biological father child support directly, as noted on the record through a court order as reported by wnem tv 5 news, wjrt 12 news, and wsmh fox 66 news, and the detroit news.

Not only were several of my rights violated by the courts but they have supported a strong case of unjust enrichment and parental alianation by revoking my rights of visatation that a biological father or a person held with parental obligations would have a right too, and have as well knowingly placed an order of child support on my wages that has exceeded $150.000 that has been in fact sent directly to the father whom the child lives with being the mother has abandoned the child with his father. This whole story has been made public as of 8 months ago and can be easily found by just typeing my name in any search engine douglas & and paternity fraud.

I am seeking justice in this case for my self and all familys that have been destroyed by the family courts out of greed, these orders are for profit only federal funding they are not in the best interest of the child they are in the best interest of the state. I will seek justice in this case and hold the proper individuals responsable for the many violations of my civil and constitutional rights that would not be limited to the county and state its self, gross negligents opens a lot of civil avenues for one to receive justice and compensation and i will exercise my rights to the fullest extent of the laws.
