Ripoff

I was called on 3/31 by Joe Shepard and told that i was approved for a loan of 500 dollars and that a loan officer would be calling me that same day but noone ever called so on 4/3 i tried to call the 1800 number but no one would answer and i was told that in order to get that i would have to have my bank account debited 129 dollars on 4/04 and the 500 would be deposited way before that but it was not
