I was contacted by Credit Plus Rewards and told that I was eligible for a loan of up to $1,500.00 and a membership in their "program". As long as I paid a one-time fee of $129.95, which was debited from my checking account, I was then supposed to be contacted by a loan officer.
Two weeks after they took the money out of my account, I still have not received any cards, any literature, a call from a loan officer, nothing. They pretty much ripped me off. When I called customer service, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes and when someone did come on the line, she began to laugh when I told her they had basically robbed me of $129.95 and never forwarded any info. Regarding the loan. This company is totally bogus. I am filing a complaint with the federal authorities. Anyone who would like to join me, please reply to my e-mail. Thank you.
