I received a call on March 21. I was in a situation where I was getting very desperate for money. I was told that I would be given a $500.00 Loan to be deposited in my bank on March 22. Then after the deposit was put in my account on March 23 I would be debited 129.95 as a one time precessing fee. Well What happen was that on march 22 I got debited out of my account a fee of 129.95, never saw any deposit. I was blatenly lied to, yes was I a fool absolutely but was I desperate, yes. It sounded like a ligit deal. I have since tried to contact the company and the phone number they give you have to wait on hold for 45 minutes plus and sometimes you get a person sometimes just disconnected, and sometimes just a mail box that is full. I went down to my bank on the 22 of march and put in an afidavit of fraud. The bank rep told methat since i authorized this and gave them my account number (which at the time I do not remember doing) that for all things considederd to be legal they had every right to go in to my account. I was told though by the FBI that this was not true. I am suppose to get my money back but not before getting hit with a few hundred dollars in overdraft charges. I am told by the FBI that this is a company that probly is not even operatingin out of the USA tha they may have a pobox or somthing in LV but no business. That they change the name and phone numbers so much that is is next to impossible for anyone to catch them.
I say how hard can it be to find out who owns the PoBox and then arrest that person and I am sure they will give up whoever is in charge of the scam. I have always said that I could never be scamed. Well I have not been SCAMMED, what a fool i have have been.
The date is now march 28 and I have yet to see anything from my bank, now if it was a nother ban k around here they was have had the funds back in my account the next day and then fithey find that this was not fraud they was take it out. This however should clearly be fraud what else can it be.
