I order Herbathin on Thursday, March 2 via Paypal. I tried calling Herbathin on various occassion to one ensure that they recieve my questionier and two to confirm payment. I have been unable to reach them. I've tried calling them at 305-383-4372. I have sent emails inquiring about my order and still no response. I contacted Paypal to check to see if they had another number listed other then whats on there web site. I was given 305-216-6125. When calling that number you only get a voice message. I left a message regarding my order and again no respones. It's very disburing that I have paid my money for this product and can't get a hold of anyone within there company. If they have close there business or are under investigation then out of consideration they should one either contact there customer who have pay and informing them of the status of there product and or any options for refunds.
I have order on two different occassions with Herbathin and it took about 7-8 weeks before recieveing the supplements but I'm just concern that I have been rip off. If you have any suggestion or can provide help please write back as soon as possible.
