I worked at Milenium for about 10 months. I saw drugs going on daily. Managers hitting on minor girls. On one occasion the center manager was talking to a 19 yr old and I looked at him and said "You can't talk to her, she isn't under 18". Everyone who heard me were like "Did you really say that?" I told them I only said the same thing you all talk about when he isn't around.
The center manager never dated any girl over the age of 17 and he was 24 at the time. As a mother that did bother me, especially when my daughter was working there. I let them know immediately no one from management was to try anything with my daughter.
I saw many people get 3 day suspensions and then the day they returned they were fired for low performance. How can they perform when they can't work?
I was a top seller the entire time I worked there. I was only told to say what they wanted me to say. At first I believed what I was telling people was honest information. But as time progressed I found out they were having me lie to these people.
I worked in Parkersburg, WV office and the women were not allowed to call for fund raising, only for credit cards. And then we had to work split shifts. Very seldom did we ever get 40 hour weeks. If performance was low we were sent home for 3 hours then had to return.
I felt really out of place there due to the drugs. I was one of a very few who didn't use drugs of any kind.
