Mastercard ripoff ripoff waste of time tricked and lied to us

I was contacted by this company today for a Master Card with a $2500 credit limit and there was only a $19.95 processing fee to be taken from my bank account. I figued for $19.95 what can it hurt just to see what they mail. I spoke with a gentleman named Carlos and he had an accent that sounded indian. I talked with him and drilled him with questions and I know it's not what he said it's going to be. If I just get a Master Card with something on it then thats more than what I have now. He said he was for First Capital Mastercard so I bought into it and will give them $19.95. He said it was risk free and if I don't like it send back and I get a refund. He encouraged my bank to over see the transaction so I contacted them and just authorized $19.95 and nothing else without my authorization so I'm protected. I was just posting this because I see complaints against many companies with the name but not sure if it's this one. If I get ripped I'll will cause them more hell than they can possibly imagine. If you send money by mail and get nothing file a postal fraud form and let them handle it. I used to be a Telemarketer for a reputable company that told us NO MEANS NO and move on so I know something about the game they play. If your called by a TSR just say remove me from your call list and by law they have to obey. To cover yourself say exactly remove me from your call list and may I speak with your supervisor and tell him the same thing. Write down the TSR name and the supers name and the date and time called and for which company. If they call back then you can sue them for harassment etc. Many companies will play the game well they did'nt say exactly remove them so you must say REMOVE ME FROM YOUR CALL LIST NOW. If the company is engageing in illegal activity often times the telemarketing rep knows nothing of it nor is that their intention. I did'nt do it long since I hated the work but did gain useful information doing it. I was the kind polite TSR that may have called you and as soon as you said no I would say thank you and hangup. Most of these people in Telesales are misplaced workers just doing it to put food on the table for now. BrianPitts, Pennsylvania
