If going six days in coldest part of winter was not bad enough, when he did show up he snickered about it. Then he let drug dealers move in to the apartment below us. This was a great neighborhood full of mostly elderly people. The new neighbors was busted with hundereds of bag of heroin and semi-automatic weapons. When they were busted bullets could have came through the floor. He thought this was funny to and did not as much as sympathise with what he put us through.
We found another place. After we moved he stalked and threatened us. He said he would call my job and my new landlord and tell them we were deadbeat and what ever he could think of.
He spread rumors and claimed that the apartment was dirty after we moved when infact it was cleaner than when we moved in.
He practices methods that are not legal, such as walking in without knocking and not notifying tenents when he is coming. I was caught in pajamas. He also padloacked the other neighbors apartment without first giving an eviction notice. I have spoke with 5 other former tenents and they have gave the same stories
