In November I ordered 1 selection of 6 cartons of Davidoff cigarettes. I received only 1 carton of cigarettes. I have written Diana Fox numerous times about either refunding my money or sending me the other 5 cartons of cigarettes that was short.
She consistantly wrote back and stated that I would receive a refund. I have yet to see a refund. Ms. Diana Fox of BizSmoke.com keeps putting me of by stating that the bank is not working with her. I have written to her at least six times since that statement was made back in January and I have not heard from her again.
