I purchased a warranty from Great Lakes. 4 months into the warranty period my transmission failed. They claimed it was due to a lack of maintenance and it is going to cost me $6500 to replace out of my own pocket.
You tell me — what transmission work can be done in 4 months to cause a "lack of maintenance" problem?
Fraud, liars, cheats, dont do business with Great Lakes Warranty ever!
