I would like to start off by saying this was by far the worst customer relation/service that i have EVER experineced in my entire life. I moved to my very first apasrtment in July. I figured to get on the good foot and buy my furniture in early June so that I would not be in a place without funiture. I scheduled the furniture delivery date the same as my move in date July 15. Well... I did not recieve my furniture until July 30 the day before my housewarming party minus two of the four dining room chair. Also out of the two chairs the sent me one was obviously a display chair, screws were falling out it was also sctrached beyond belief (mind you these are leather chairs).
When I called Marlo to explain what had happend there respose was (brace yourself) "what the hell do you want me to do about that?". Can you believe that? I sure could not. I asked to speak to a manager, thing onlt got worse. He was just as bad as the rep who answered the phone no apologizes nothinhg. All in all i did not recieve the other two cahairs until DECEMBER and the display cair was not replaced until JUNE. There is more but i am sure that you have heard quite enough for now. DO NOT BUY YOUR FURNITURE FROM MARLO if you want the job done!
