RPh on the Go, a company that places pharmacists and pharmacist technicians for employment located in Skokie, IL, did not pay the final $3450.00 of commissions due at the end of my employment as a recruiting manager. The human resource manager signed a statement agreeing to pay the commissions and they were never paid. After a verbal dispute with the company, I filed a complaint with the Illinois Department of Labor, Wage Claim Division to recover the funds. The hearing is scheduled for February 2nd.
Anyone who has accepted employment there should be forewarned that the company's commission policy is ever-so-changing to its internal employees, and it will be difficult to obtain commissions and other incentives that are directed at company employees if they have a poor financial year.
Anyone seeking more information should reply to this report.
