I worked for Tax Law Advisors and I am due commissions when I left and never recieved these commissions. I resigned from my employment with TLA and this is part of record and the resignation is on file and the terms of my employment are documented.
And it is clear for anyone with common sense which Micheal responded to this ad... Angry. Other accusations are also false and without merit. Only stated to discredit the facts. All I can say is HIT DOG HOLLAR. To talk about my understanding is moot.
To Practice as a Lawyer you must be licensed in the state you practice. I have a copy of a letter Micheal Scott Fussell wrote stateing he is not Licensed in Georgia and do not want to be licensed in Georgia and never will be licensed in Georgia. To Practice law you must be licensed. If you are Licensed in Georgia as a Accountant why not also License yourself as a Attorney in Georgia.
If you are practicing as a Accountant or a Attorney in Georiga why not get a legit License. This is about standards and ethics, and principle not bashing. HIT DOG HOLLAR.
If I am a Pet Groomer and hang a sign outside of my office that I am a Vet. I am wrong. And say I am licensed in Georgia as a Pet Groomer but choose to practice as a Vet since I know how to kill fleas. And expect this to be legit. It is improper and below standards usual and customary standards of ethics. Keep it real.
Further more if there are issues on commissions and non payment of commissions and running employees away before they can collect on commissions and fireing to block commissions this is a unfair labor practice. Where is my $11,000.00?
Who ever Michael - McLean, Virginia U.S.A. Is and I suspect who he really is If you are not a Business Owner and a victim you have no reason to respond I am looking for victims and collecting names and incidents do you have one to report?

We know WHICH Micheal this is. I worked with Mr. Fussel when there was only 4 employees there and he did the TO's. Micheal Scott Fussell can tell you I was there before you got there if you are there and I did resign.
Who ever this Micheal is you have not been working there too long. And you cannot speak for anyone but your self. Ask the Administration to show you my resignation. I suggest that you also get your facts straight before you respond my resignation is on file and on record at the Board of Review since you know me you know I resigned.
Micheal Lets talk about the unpaid Commissions that not only myself but as many as 8 employees are currently due. When can we expect full payment on commissions we worked and earned. When you work you want to get paid. Payment is due. I resigned and the others who was fired or ran off want commisions that are due. LETS TALK COMMISSIONS.
