Do not work for AMS! In the 4 months I worked for AMS I originated over 30 mortgages. At the time of this report 13 had been funded for a total gross profit of $72,748.
I am entitled to $18,187 at my 25% commissions. To date They've paid me a total of $5114 in commissions. When I asked about the discrepency the response was that the loans at settlement were less. I requested a copy of the HUD1 settelment statement on these, This request was flatly denied.
At this point I sought new employment with integrity being the value of choice, I found it in one day and resigned my position @ AMS. The commissions statement that AMS provided was inaccurate to the point of deducting from my wages the cost of one of the loans where I paid on one of the clients settlement charges.
Scott Powers, The owner refused to return any of my calls, Eric Weight, The bank president, also in charge of paying commissions, was also unresponsive. This company is the worst and has a reputation as such.
