My mother-in-law is on a fixed income. She ordered one of the trees advertised in a weekly newpaper advertisement. She mailed in a check with the order and it has cleared the bank. She did not receive her order and called them on a 1-800 number. The company assured her the tree would be sent air-express THE NEXT DAY. It has been over a week and she has yet to receive the tree. After reading the other complaints re this company, I don't hold out much hope that she will receive it. We need to put this company out of business!
