Ripoff, contracted with me for some work, which was done, picked up and never paid for

This company does prints for clients and we framed a number of them. She pick up the framing to deliver to a customer and was to bring in a check the next day. We have repeatedly call her and she will not take our calls. As far as I am concerned she is a thief.
