Leaking Roof, Wet Walls & Insulation, Walls Out Of Plumb, Too Many More to List

Construction began March '07, was told we could visit site as much as desired. On first day of framing watched support piers fall over as carry beam was placed. Pointed out framing error to framing foreman and " Construction Supervisor ", was told that I'm not qualified to point out problem. Next pointed out that 1st floor walls were being framed incorrectly (framed for standrad windows rather than curved top windows as called for). Watched later as headers for windows were torn out. Continued to point out framing errors, until " Construction Supervisor " told me I was not welcome on site.

I then went to job site after hours to check progress. Have sent or given written lists of problems to the company at least once a month. Usual lists contained 10 or more items. Pointed out to company rep that trusses on garage wall were not set correctly was told that he "only worried about the money side of the garage". County Building inspections were not called for or called for after work was concealed.

Insulation and dry wall was started before roof was finished Continually wet insulation and dry wall material resulted." Construction Supervisor" repeatedly said that, " this was not going to be a problem". After roof was installed repeated leaks found and pointed out.

There have been at least 4 different dry wall contractors and two plumbing contracors that have walked off the job. Framing errors are becoming more apparent. Walls bulging and out of plumb and square, exterior walls appear wavy.

Contractor wanted to set up final inspection, however that week kitchen ceiling fell in due to plumbing leak, roof still leaks. Had MOLD tests done
inspector found serious concerns. One year of construction house still not completed.
