Deceptive Telemarketing scam, comfirming address only gets you a bill ripoff

I am a Electrical technician for an Interlock service provider. I was contacted around mid november by these people asking to confirm our business address. I made the mistake of assuming the call was from a DUI driving school wanting to send customers to our shop for Interlocks. I confirmed that the address was correct and then received a followup call from the companies so-called "Quality Assurance" wanting to verify my address again.

Come december 22nd of 2005 I received a bill from this company in my business mail saying I owe them $409.90. One red flag flew up when I saw the postage date, it was exactly 14 days past the date on the invoice, which was exactly how much time they said I had to close my company's alleged account.

I have been contacted by them several times since and have refused to give them any details as to what corperate headquarters is planning on doing. These people are trying to make a living using deceptive marketing techniques and by harrassing clients they claim to have.
