I ordered a product from this company on October 31. It is now November 10. I placed the order under a "rush" order which means it should have been here 2-4 days and I have still not recieved the product. I have been waiting for it to come and it is still not here. The thing that makes me the most angry about the situation is that I have e-mailed this company several times without any response and called the phone number to try to find out what was going on but the phone line is busy. On their website it says that all e-mails will be responded to in 24hrs but I still do not have a response. I paid over $50.00 for my product it is not in my hand that makes me angry and not wanting to order anything over the internet again. I want to take legal action if my product is not here within the next couple of weeks.
