My friend order the same product I did around the same time. He didnt recieve anything for 3 weeks. He decided to call costumer service.
They said it was "lost in the mail" and another one was shipped out. Two months later he recieved the "new" order.
I, on the other hand, was not so lucky. I ordered my product on AUGUST 12TH. As I write this it is mid-October. I have emailed them literally 15 times. I recieved responses to two of the emails.
The responses were obviously automated. They went a little something like this, "Dear Valued Customer, your order was lost in the mail! Please be patient as we send you another."

I called them during store hours and the phone was ALWAYS busy. Sensing the company was a scam, I decided to try calling them exactly when they open and exactly when they closed.
A minute prior to their opening hours I was dumped into voicemail. The second the clock hit store hours I recalled and it was busy. I then tried calling a minute prior to store closin, it was busy. And then the time they close, voicemail.
