I did not notice that there was 14.95 being taken out of my bank account for the last three months, it wasn't until they overdrafted my account that I noticed, my mother has been sick for the last 9 months and died september 25th of this year so for me to miss it was not out of the ordinary. When I called them they tried to tell me they would give me one months credit and I had to fax over my bank account information to get any credit for the over drafts they caused. I came close to doing it then thought that was a bad idea considering they stole it in the first place and I was not going to give it to them for proof of anything. I sat the rest of today and then got really mad about it and called them back and got an operator who, are you ready for this, offered me a protection plan to protect me against identity theft and security against anyone using my bank accounts or credit cards!!! I told him absolutely not and he transfered me to his supervisor, he had the nerve to ask me if I knew that there are people out there who will take advantage and make fraud charges! I about passed out. The supervisor gets on the phone and tells me there is nothing he can do but refund the money for one month, I almost blew but kept my composure. I told him of the many people and the ten pages of different forums who are complaining about their company, so he finally said he would be kind enough to give me 2 months credit. Well I then asked him to make sure that the other person did not enroll me in that other program, since I have no idea what they do, and he put me on hold for 10 minutes (yes exactly) and said oh well you said no so I made sure that nothing would come out of your account. I have had enough to deal with with my mother dying from cancer, I did not need this too. I guess at least I got some of the money back.
