Ripoff deducted 9.95 from my checking acct without authorization

They have deducted 9.95 from my checking account in which was never authorized by me. When you call they say you authorized it when you applied for a pay day loan. I believe it was with Sonic. They will not refund your money. I will be filing a report with BBB and the FCC.
