Did not preauthorize check for elec. Funds transfer, deducted money from checking account Ripoff

Teliflex deducted $49.95 from my checking acct. Without authorization. Check says preauthorized but I, Christina Lottman, nor significant other, Brian Hutchison, authorized this to be deducted. This isn't the first time this has happened. I want my money back and plus some for overdraft fees.
