Offering false prize money for a fee RIPOFF

I received the same letter (on 08/23/05) that appears on this web site. I did not send them any money, but the criminal attempt by these people makes me mad. I wanted to let you know that they are still at it. (I had to choose an incorrect category below because mail fraud was not among the choices.)
