Mrs Susen was a tenant of my boyfriends. She was purposley distructive to propery and caused several hundered dollars in damages. She viotalated her lease by moving 2 months early with no notice. He pays for heat and lights, she purposley set thermostats over 80 and turned all lights on for days before we had known she moved. The house was left extremly dirty and smelled of cat urine. She drilled holes through his hardwood floor and removed all smoke detectors. She also caused a fire hazzard by putting 100 watt bulbs in his track lighting. I don't want this to happen to another landlord.
