AKA Auto Detailing try to rip me off, Valley Perez, Salesperson. Rip-off!

To all who may come across my message.
I order some rims from rimstop.com. I ordered the 701 limited 20in chrome wheels. Valley Perez was the sales person. He gave me a good deal of 1800.00 for rims and tires so i said cool lets make the deal. He wanted me to do a wire transfer, but i didn't trust that so i said i would rather do it through a credit card, which i did. This transaction took place on 9/21. All seem like it was a good deal.

He fax me over a copy of the invoice and stated that i would have to fax over back the invoice with my signature and a copy of my driver license, which i did so. He said it would take a few days to get a tracking number. I waited a week and called Valley back being that the 1800.00 dollars was taking from my credit card 5 days ago. He gave me a line that they didn't get the money from the company they are dealing with as of yet. The company aka Houston Tire Detailing.

I called back the next day and i got put on hold for about 25 minutes. I called back again and spoke with some lady name Hope. I Complaint to her that valley had me on hold for 25 minutes and that i would like to speak to him. She stated that he had stepped out and didn't know when he would be back. I asked her to look up my order, which she claim she did and said that my rims and tires are there and they are going to be shipped out later today when UPS comes to pick up oders. I said ok and that i will call back for the tracking number.

I called back the next day and spoke with Valley about my order. He stated that he was waiting on the tires, which tells me that Hope lied because she said all was ready to be shipped out and they were only waiting for UPS to do the pick up. I told valley that i am not playing games and that i wanted my order sent out with a tracking number and that i would be calling back tomorrow. I am a Police officer with Capitol Police so i sent him an E-mail from my Government e-mail address on 10/02/04. He calls me back the next day saying that he didn't get the money yet from the guy who is handling the credit card transaction and that he was mad that the guy did not sending the money yet. He said the guy is playing games and he gave me the guys cell phone number and asked me to call him. I did and got and answer machine so i left a message.

I called Valley back to ask him for the company phone number, but Valley said he didn't know it. I asked him for the physical address of the company. That's when he got smart with me saying you are the Police can't you find that out yourself, Then he stated why don't you just cancel your order to get your money back. I asked him again for the Company address and he then stated he would go down the block to get the address and that he would call me back. I didn't hear from him. It's is now 10/04/04 and i called the Bank to put in a claim for the 1800.00. The bank said that they will do so and that they would put pressure on the company who took the funds. Within 5 days my money was back in my account and i got a call from Valley that same day saying, "hey man we credit your account, our credit card machine is working now let's make this deal".

I told him that i wasn't sure about that and that i would see. I made an oder with another company and like a day later Valley tried to withdraw 1800.00 dollars from my credit card again, but when he did so using the rimstop company name. It got kicked back because i didn't have 1800.00 dollars on my credit card. When the transaction got kicked back it got kick back from the same company who took my money in the first place telling me that they are one of the same people / company. What ever you do don't get played by doing a wire transfer. Bydoing a wire transfer you don't have the Bank backing you and you will never see your oder or your money. I got lucky.

I received a few phone calls from Valley saying that everything is ready and that he just need a copy of my credit card back and front and a copy of my drivers license. Yea right, how stupid do he think people are. Like i said before this company is really bad for you pockets and you will loose big. I have change the credit card i used with a differnt one so they can't dip into my account later for a smaller amount. Stay far away from this Company Rimstop.com aka Ripoff Kings.
