If you are planning to move to a State such as Nevada that provides no compensation to injured workers and few if any protections from Abusive employers be advised that it is a "Right To Work State." Look forward to being discriminated against, especially if you are female, non-Mormon or non-white. Simply put you can be fired for any reason and can be Blackballed and hindered from obtaining new or sufficient employment.
There are few if any protections for the elderly and it is against the law to help a child under the age of 16, but that same minor if escorted can drink alcohol with you in your hotel room or home.
The other item that you should be aware of before moving here is that the Home Associations have a lot of power if you purchase a home. They are like Nazis. If the other homes don't have a swimming pool, you can't have one either. If they don't like your vehicle they can make you remove it. If you decide to trim the home you are purchsing in blue and the other homes are not blue they can actually take your home that YOU ARE paying for from you.
If you are renting look forward to snoopy landlords to enter your domicile or vehicle with master keys without notice or warrant and "look through" your possesions as if they own you and that you do not have any rights or protections Under the United States Constitution.
Forget about call the building inspectors if you live in Clark County and not the actual City of Las Vegas. You will have no protection as a renter either! Might I add take what they want including your personal information. People are wondering why there is so much Identity Theft. They can even get phoney court documents and attempt to make your life a living Hell if you do not kiss their collective butts.
It reminds me of the Borg from a science fiction program, "You will assimilate!" So be advised and take it to heart before moving to a Right To Work State!
