Brent Terrill Landlords - Take advantage of you - no permits for work done on homes they rent - homes are dangerous

Rented property from these people, then found out from the city that they never obtained permits for any work that they did. Work done is faulty, jerry-rigged at best, and unsafe. A coat of paint does not a home make.
Will never finish work on homes and rental prices are OUTRAGEOUS
