I Have plenty of doctor's statements, their reports and recently VA verifying a Physical disability. I was injured while at work in 1996 and denied Workmen's Compensation. Denied unemployment and genearlly have worked, until I can no longer work. I was re-injured in a serious auto collision by an unknown cab in 2003.
Social Security is a Federal Program and the State of Nevada is involved in not resolving Identity Theft and Blacklisting people from employment and any other Services. So far I have been unable to get Workmen's Compensation and they will not accept what Veteran's Administration physicians and tests have to say to back up what past physician's have put in writting! The culprit is Mr Jim Rose who thinks he can override Federal Law! This is exactly How honest people become homeless in Nevada. Forget about obtaining a real attorney in Nevada, most work for the people that own the businesses and never tell you!
