I just wanted everyone to know my husband and i have lived here almost 4 yrs. And it has gone down hill and BAD! When we 1st got here our water bill was like 30 and now it is like 65.
I dont use anymore water now than i did back then! Common you can go down street and they pay like 25 for their water bill. Not only that they have said the last 4 yrs they would fix the fences HAS NOT BEEN DONE!
Work on parking spaces - HAS NOT BEEN DONE! The outside of our fireplace is falling apart and bad on the bottom are (I have pics by the way) HAS NOT BEEN FIXED!
I was fixing to have my twins last summer and the night before i went in to hospital the middle of our cealing caved in cause of water we have no clue where it came from cause there wasnt a pipe there and toilet did not overflow. So they came to try and fix it and there was hole in our cealing for like a week and then they puttied it over, if you call that fixing it. And we transfered from our other apt on backside that apt had mold you could really see and i was like 5 months preg at time with my twins. And guy came to fix it all he did was spray mold kill on it. LIKE THAT WOULD FIX THE MOLD! You can see MOLD EVERYWHERE around this complex, i mean ya you expect a little mold here and there cause its Texas but common not everywhere.
We had neighbors behind us that left cause their newborn daughter had breathing problems and medics had to be called cause of MOLD! Her husband was bit by spider and had to spend like week at hospital cause of that and now they are being sued cause they had to leave cause of daughters health COMMON i guess this guy owns Dalcor is money hungary and doesnt care about the HEALTH of his TENNANTS! Especially young babies and this guy is supposed to be a CHRISTIAN NO WAY I SAY! That is sick. We have had stuff go wrong before like in our kitchen and it took like 4 times almost a month or more before it got fixed.
I have had no problems with the many managers that we have had they have been real nice it is the owners of this place that make me sick. When we moved in our 1st apt here they didnt have everything cleaned in our apt either. We had to vacuume when we first got here.in second one it was ok but the banister (which is metal) on stairs is extremly loose and i always tell kids don t hang on it cause of fear it will collapse. And paint is chipping real bad. Pools around here used to be nasty especially the back pool there used to be broken beer bottles in it. It has gotten better though.
I just signed another 12 month lease and wish we hadnt i wished we signed a month to month. Another thing when they lowered the price for people to move in they should have offered that to all tennants at least to those who have been here for like at least a year. My husband when he saw those prices which are like $150 cheaper than what we are paying now he got real mad. They should have offered that to us who were already here.
I dont feel as safe here as i used to feel just because we have a constable that lives here now doesnt make a difference. All my kids friends have left too so they dont have anyone to play with anymore. The playground here just sucks. Well i guess thats it i just hope that GOD does a role reversal on this guy that owns this place out in Plano TX and he starts to help out and realize what he is doing and it is not Christian like at all... I bet this guy doesnt even have kids if he does and he is married why would his wife allow him to be like this and not have a heart??
