The leads I received were all bogus leads. Customers hung up on us, the ones who spoke with us were not qualified in bk. Or had a balance of 9,000 when our minimum balance was 100,000.
They also just re-fied a month ago our minimum was a year ago. Some did not speak english when we only ordered english leads. Some never spoke with anybody from the company.
They claim they have the customers on tape. When I suggest let's do a three-way and call the customers together, "oh no" we have our tapes!" Really, so you get someone in your office to pretend they are the people, because if I was not guilty I would call the customers like I asked them too! They were unwilling to do this.
American Fidelity Group will not refund my money.
Phil Marshall was so anxious to take my money. Once he recieved my money all the criteria changed that we spoke about and denied my conversations with him and my criteria.
They insulted me by saying loan officers were inexperienced and i should spend time training them. Maybe 10 years experience is good enough for me!!!
I am now at a loss of $10,000, such a shame!!!
Don't anyone make a mistake like we did, you will get bogus leads.
