Like the poster above, BG, we also ordered the minimum 50 leads, only to have them send us not only no leads that met our criteria, but we found out that the leads were actually gathered in January! A YEAR AND A HALF AGO!
Not one of the leads even led to a phone conversation, none of the "clients" were interested in re-financing, at least none of the ones who spoke English. Over half of our leads that they sent us were non-English speakers, and we only speak English here in our office. That was one of the criteria that they agreed upon, and they sent us completely useless leads anyway.
When told about the non-usable leads, we were told by both Raelynn Ingwell and Paul Fowers to send them back and they would be replaced. We have never recieved any new leads, nor any replacements for the unusable ones.
After some research, I found out that they have 7 total complaints filed against them with the Las Vegas Better Business Bureau, 5 of which were never resolved. Also, according to the State of Nevada, Yourkus Enterprises, Inc.'s corporation status has been revoked, they are no longer allowed to do business under that name in Nevada, yet they continue.
