My credit card was stolden and used at Circuit City for almost 8k within two days at the same checker! The cameras have been recovered and an employee has admitted to not checking ID and letting the man use my card knowingly (I am a woman). Now, I have been held responsible for the money. UH? Why the hall should I pay for them letting someone who obviously was NOT me buy all that shit? They have violated their visa agreement! They have insurence for losses like this! They are in the WRONG! I am not! They have not even once appologised, everyone just keeps looking to me and all I did was have my card stolden and used without my knowledge! I encourage anyone else to report stores letting crack heads use cards to VISA and BBB and file small claims against stores for personal damages and losses. If that does not get their attentiont hen nothing will! -Heidi
