If you are an ONLINE MERCHANT do not accept credit cards from people in Russia. They are using stolden credit cards! The consumer is protected online but not the merchant.
Russia has no laws on credit card fruad like America does. They can use stolden credit cards and not get in trouble. It is happening all over the web! Call you credit card merchant account and talk to head of security. They will tell you too, don't accept credit cards from people in Russia. I am out $10,000 before it was caught.
