Beach-Wood Apts - HUD - LOMCO - Living Opportunities Mgmt, M. Levester - Congregational Church RIP OFF TAX MONEY, ELDER ABUSE, FRAUD, CA

Beach-Wood Apts was managed for years by Graham Mgmt.co.in Long Beach, CA. During this time, tax subsidies assisted with the tenant rents, and apartments were inspected regularly to assure maintenance standards required by HUD.

Jan. Graham Mgmt. Was terminated by Board of Directors and replaced by LOMCO aka Living Opportunities Mgmt.Co. Meka Levester became the administrator of Beach-Wood Apts. Recertification of tenants was done by her and multiple deliberate errors were entered into her computer and internal documents the public would likely never have access to. One elderly handicapped tenant wished her financial records to be accurate so as to assist decendants in the event of her demise.

Ms. Levester screamed abusively until the tenant was a shambles emotionally. All the tenant wanted was proper record of the size of the apt., correct source of income, and correct record of two missing security deposits.

After much abuse and repeated stalls, Ms. Levester corrected the items of interest to the tenant.

Ms. Levester, LOMCO, stated 5/6/05 that HUD would never catch what was going on,

On separate occasions, Beach-Wood Board Members Cindi Soto and
Mr. Stinson emphasized that ONLY the management company had changed and the Board of Directors and owners of the building would remain the same.

Board Member Gary Shelton posted a bulletin at the apartments regarding the embezzlement rumors were false and defamatory.

HOW can changing management companies with the same HUD regulations get away with "rehabilitating" a building that HUD inspections say were properly maintained??? Allegedly, LOMCO controls thousands of apartments.

Previous management company stated in press releases that he had government employees in all branches of government to assist him with whatever when he ran for city council. Tenant trying to get lawful income discovered that the abuse extended all the way to the U.S. White House.

Does the tenant continue to be the victim of elder abuse and or
be harrassed into a heart attack or stroke?

Will someone please come to the urgently needed relocation of the victimized tenant and her few remaining possessions??
